Excellent service.  Prompt responsiveness, great communication, stayed on budget and actually did exactly what we had asked him to do.  He went the extra mile for me, even when his team encountered more extensive issues than originally thought.  Cleaned up the mess and took care of all the little details some people would probably miss.
