At Tarantino’s, we are committed to serving you quality food. We govern our decisions not by cost, but instead by the effect of the quality of our finished product that you put in your mouth. This commitment means that we slice our vegetables and blend our sauces for you daily. Our signature dough is prepared by hand for each pizza. The cheese we use is specially blended for us to meet our strict standards for high quality. We work with our food providers to find the best ingredients that will complement our overall product. It is because of the care we put into our bedrock ingredients that we stand behind our quality. Our commitment might mean that we are not the least expensive, but we guarantee that you will notice the difference. If you ever feel that we are not living up to this guarantee, please let us know and we will fix it.

We have been fans of Tarantino's pizza for a while. Recently though I have noticed poor customer service. Two weeks ago we ordered online (which we have done in the past, no issues!) and when I got there to pick the pizza up the two young girls at the front counter took 15 minutes to figure out that the kitchen never got my order, even though the front did and that it would be another 1/2 hour.  They were completely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I asked for my money back and ate somewhere else. Tonight I gave it another try and while they had my pizza ready, their customer service was lacking. I walked up to the counter and 4 people watched me come in and they all looked at each other waiting to see who was going to help me. Not to mention no smiles, no "Hi how's it going?" nothing. If you're like me and you can't stand when people in customer service have NO customer service skills, dont go here.

Excellent crust but kind of expensive.   I've enjoyed all but one of the pizzas I've tried.  Their Thai pizza was totally gross to me.  I like onion, but my goodness.  I'd maybe look for some improvements to that recipe.

Went there on Friday because they advertised gluten-free. Ordered GF breadsticks, and was served regular. Waitress said ‘oops’ when she brought the GF out; sick for two days, I have Celiac Disease. Management gave a week apology when called on it; then again what is the correct response to negligently poisoning someone?  

Also during our visit the help brought out someone else’s order and left it on our table for about ten minutes before they scooped it up and took it to someone in the bar. Can only imagine how often that happens; we did not taste or touch, but I’m guessing others have or will.  

Would not recommend this place due to the obvious health code violations, poor service, mediocre food!

Ordered a 5 topping pizza for delivery. It arrived in excellent time. Unfortunately the pizza was missing a couple of toppings as well as smooshed to one side of the box and the toppings all to the one side of the pizza. Called immediately to complain and was told that there was no manager available to take care of it and that if I left my information the manager would call me first thing in the morning.

Next day do not hear from manager before the afternoon, so I call and request to speak to them. Am told that there is still no manager and nothing can be done about it yet and that they do not know if or when a manager will be in. Very upset that this restaurant does not seem to have anybody in charge that can handle even a messed up pizza order.

We have ordered from Tarantino's on multiple occasions. We decided to order on Saturday and called for delivery. I was told 45 minutes. At an hour and a half in I called and was rudely passed around to different employees because no one wanted to "deal with a pissed off lady" to quote one of them. I was not even angry before I called just inquiring about our order. Then I was told that I should have been told two to three hours. They did not offer to try and correct their error or try to fix it. The worst customer service. This was not our first experience with this from this establishment. They had been my favorite but not so much anymore.
