So disappointed in my experience tonight. I took my 7 year old to buy a box of chocolates for Valentine's day. Everything was fine until we reached the cash register, the cashier was extremely rude, I couldn't believe it. It's not our fault people hate their jobs. I had to leave the chocolates and drive to a different store.

Customer service was very bad for me here. I asked an employee, Claire, if she would kindly go to guest services and retrieve an item that I was seeking to purchase (since guests clearly are not allowed back there). Claire didn't help me at all. She told me she couldn't do it and sent me to another line. Somehow I get the feeling she could have turned around and simply asked guest services to hand her the item, or used the phone to call the two guest services employees who were just 10ft away, or any of a number of other options.

It was nice.... But when I got their it was a whole new world it felt like a dystopia. This one lady yelled at me for some reason I can't remember my memory is going hazy about the whole trip all I know now is target is Love target is life... I must go the target overlords are summoning me.

This is the target I frequent the most. Very well organized! Makes it easy to maneuver with a stroller. Staff is very kind as well! I had a gal who was busy stocking product even put down her task and offer to help me. I wish there was a little more food selection and I can never seem to find a double cart for my boys. But I have never had a negative experience here.

I Love shopping here but after tonight I am unsure if I will keep this my usual stop. I was outside waiting to get picked up and the cart guy was rounding up the carts and when my ride pulled up the Target cart guy pushed his carts onto the sidewalk and said," what is this guy doing?" So I replied,"he is picking us up because we don't want to haul our stuff across the lot." When I got into the car I was told that the staff member had ran the carts into the vehicle. I have never seen a Target staff member act up like that before so I was a little in shock. My driver did get out and was angry because of the carts being hit against the vehicle. That is the only time other staff came out to assist? The car being hit on purpose was no big deal but the staff member being asked why he did that or what the problem was created an issue. I would have thought that a staff member vandalizing someone's property would be the issue. Especially when that vehicle is picking up a child and an infant in the freezing cold. Target has always been my #1 place to shop but if their staff will be allowed to mistreat their loyal customers like this they will lose one of their faithful shoppers. Or at least this store will.
