I used to see employees try to grab and hide discounted chocolates after holiday sale. Many holiday items won't change price in system and cashiers says it is all-year-long item. They just want to have for themselves.

Needed help finding a boot that the website said was in stock but not on the floor. Assistance from the front desk was spot on and found the last pair in the store! They also saved me a little extra $$$ by using the cartwheel app on my purchase too, would definitely recommend!

I called today to ask about exchanging diapers that I received at a baby shower... Needless to say, the first girl who took my call was chatting with another employee while assisting me (it was rather confusing). Half-way through the process, she all of a sudden and without warning hands the phone to another employee who starts the process all over again, and then I was transferred to yet another girl (although, who was very nice) to start the process a third time... I was rather disappointed.

Employees are more concerned with restocking shelves than helping customers! When I asked a question, the person just pointed in whatever direction; never said a word, did not even turn around to look at me. So I walked away trying to find an item on my own. Maybe I should have apologize for approaching that representative of Target.
