Customer service is very helpful at this Target!!!! They are quick and knowledgeable and have excellent abilities to manage everything. I really enjoy shopping at The Merrifield location!!!! ‍ Just keep your dog under careful supervision with these beef rib bones. My dog can handle them but they might shatter in your dog’s mouth.
Unless you need something specific to Target, there's no reason to shop here. Of the 5 visits I've done, there are only ever 1 - 2 slow cashiers and 4 self checkout lanes. The grocery shelves are always half empty such as tonight where they had a total of 3 cartons of eggs left and you could be waiting a long time to check out if you visit during busier hours. Go to the local Harris Teeter instead. Also note that I've had to cancel 2 drive up and go orders because they were not even processed after the 2 hour time window. Neither was more than 10 items. Thankfully cancelling is easy.
I love the ease of picking up my items. Associates are fast and friendly. You can return things in the same way. I love Target.
Really clean and pleasant Target in the heart of the Mosaic district. I had zero wait to check out with a human cashier. Just don’t park in front of the store. Park in the garage.
Mosaic is such a busy district, so you would think that Target would hire more people. Nope, you'll be waiting in line for simply 10-20 minutes, only because there are only 1-2 cashiers available. This Target is also a bit messy, especially in the seasonal section. Also, during the pandemic, a cashier sneezed and coughed on my card while redeeming it, which was disguising considering that some people are still getting COVID. The one perk are the good deals on some of the stuff here, and nice grocery section.
What I love about this target is the parking. It is covered so you don't need yo get wet when it's raining or hit by the sun on a suuy day. The shop is not big yet it has all you need at target. The Starbucks at the store has a nice view You can park there and head around at Mosaic district You can easily spend the day there as there are several food options around you I shout out for the games staff because they are always there and they are knowledgeable. I recommend this target for families and friends The location is quite special.
Never staffed and always crowded. Note two checkout lanes open and the mile long self-checkout line.
If I could give this Target ZERO stars. There was no structure, organization or leadership in the store. The restroom at this location was absolutely disgusting. You literally smell the restroom before you even get to it. The smell of urine was unbelievable! This is the SECOND time I visited this location and the restroom was completely unkept! I asked to speak with a manager and waited for 10 min and no one showed up. The store is a MESS! This is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
Staff is great, just not enough. Target too cheap to pay for enough people to properly staff checkout. Minimum 15 minutes to checkout
I went into Target today to buy something from the makeup isle. I had found what I was looking for and intended on buying the item, but wanted to test it out regardless of its quality I was going to purchase the item. An employee, Kathy, had seen this and decided to yell at me for opening the item. I apologized seeing as this was my mistake and store policy but had told her that I planned on buying it. She continued to yell at me and cause a scene within the isle. I will NOT be returning to this Target!
