Got kicked out for trying out a bean bag. Severely disappointed. Also, my colleagues and i were harassed and addressed as "Mall Kids".

If i could give no stars I would. the customer service in that store sucks, some of the people that works there are so unfriendly and unpleasant is ridiculous. I don't know where they hire their people from, but they need to better train their staff on how to treat people in a place of business because i would not want these people being the faces and attitudes that represent my business. No help!!! very disappointed with my experience. staff needs work.. especially the ones that is at the customer service desk. FYI, give your staff magnet and a working walkie so that they don't have to tell customers that they can't help them because their walkie is dead and they don't have a magnet to unlock merchandise...
