I'm 2 hours away from this Target and they had a purse I was dying to have! The customer service was Awesome! They found the purse over the phone and were so accommodating to placing it on hold for me!

The Mason City Target store has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Employees are courteous and efficient. The store is rarely crowded, but always full of customers. I think it's the best Target store I've visited.

Overall a good store. The only complaint I have is there is never any cute womens clothing. You see the ads and they never have anything there that are in the ads - so frustrating!
