The mobile tech representative completely ignored us. I feel like she just came from her last and was ready to go. She didn't even bother to tell us she was closed. Very unprofessional. 0 out of 10.

A mixed morning. Got there and saw a mouse in the women's clothing department. Reported it. Found a dead roach. Reported it. Underwear with stains. Shoes missing tags. Workers in groups talking about weekends and their phones out. We did however find everything we need and Monique was absolutely awesome at the end. We live nearby and have returned. Have had nothing to complain about recently. Seems like things are back to normal.
