I Had a problem with electronics regarding a product sale I was misinformed by an employee and manager Eric would not honor his employees mishap or misunderstanding this Manager was unpleasant and not a people person persay I preceded to customer service to deal with the issue to see if a compromise could take place but mr Michael w. Who was the only one at the customer service desk was rude and disrespectful very unprofessional I felt embarrassed.
But I can say hadleigh a store manager who took over was very pleasant and very respectful and a delight it’s too bad good people like her have to be in a place with a bunch of rude people.

I love this Target! Clean, neat, well-stocked and not too many people. Makes for a lovely shopping experience!

This store is awful, do not shop here.  Staff is incompetent, rude, and not interested in your business whatsoever.  They also withold funko pop figures and sell them to their employees before customers even have a chance to get them.  If you collect funko, or if you are a self-respecting consumer, do not shop here.  Go to the target in methuen if you absolutely have to, but don't waste your time here.

This Target location is very clean, well organized and hasn't been crowded anytime that I've been in.
