Great eye exam and great customer service.  The doctor was very thorough and fully explained his findings.  The staff helped me pick the "perfect" pair of glasses from a great selection.  The price was very reasonable and the glasses arrived quickly.  I love my new glasses and will be returning each year for my annual exam.

Good experience and would recommend them for sure. The doctor was pleasant, helped correct my Rx, cleanly, and the other staff was helpful.

I got a prescription from this Target Optical recently.  My experience was great until I had a problem and needed some customer service.  They wrote my prescription incorrectly and told me that it was the "industry standard" way of writing it and that they "don't use decimal points because they take too long."  Every medical website I could find, Walmart Optical, and a cousin in the industry, told me that decimals are indeed used.

Now I have a pair of glasses (that I bought online) that have to be returned.  Even if it is truly industry standard to not include decimal points in a number (which is asinine), their customer service was horrible.  I work in customer service and I can tell you that it is not "industry standard" to make the customers feel stupid on purpose and all but pat them on the bum on the way out, treating them like foolish little girls.  I will not go back and would tell anyone who does to make sure that they give you an understandable Rx if you plan to buy online.
