Tarheel Realty II is the best! We had a wonderful experience with them. Brent Mason is the most wonderful realtor to work with, he is warm and kind and always answered any and all our questions promptly. It was a pleasure to work with him twice, both with the buying and selling of our home. We would recommend Tarheel Realty II and Brent Mason to all our friends and relatives if they are looking to buy or sell. Amanda Coleman was also nice to work with, she represented the buyer, and was very professional.

Absolutely terrible!  Used two different agents at this office, one the listing agent and one the selling agent.  They continually lied throughout the process, telling me there were multiple offers coming in and that if I wanted the property I had to present a full price offer, which proved to be untrue.  The agent who represented me just couldn't care less about the transaction and was never available via email or phone to help me.  The property had been on the market for several years and the poor seller lost hundreds of thousands on the deal.  The price was so far above market that the lender appraised it for over $100k less than the price on the contract and the selling agent advised the sellers not to come down at all on the price.  The selling agent finally sold it to someone else (friend, relative?) after convincing the seller to drop the price by $100k and hold financing on the property.  The agent who was supposed to represent me did not.  After this deal fell through I found a property myself online and wanted to put an offer on it the day it was listed since it was a great deal.  She would not call me back and when she finally did she told me the property had already been sold.  Shady dealings all around with this company!!  I would run, not walk, from this real estate company!!!!!!!

Brent Mason and Tarheel Realty are definitely Real Estate Professionals in every sense of the term!!! We became aware of 5.2 acres of land for sale in Love Valley and went directly to Brent with Tarheel Realty to represent me and my wife in trying to secure this beautiful property that we have always wished to buy if it ever became available on the market .If it were not for the expert advise and skill and honesty and integrity of Brent and professional staff at Tarheel Realty this transaction would have been at a loss in obtaining this property in a swift and timely fashion!!! We owe Brent our sincere thanks and gratitude in everything that he did on our behalf to buy our dream property.
