They helped me with my taxes. The guy was really nice and it took about an hour. I forgot to submit one thing after I left. So I sent it to them. Didn't hear back. I called and finally heard back that they did it. Then I received a notice to file taxes for my business. They said since it was the first form and I just filed that it was probably a timing thing. I received a 2nd notice to file. They wouldn't email me back. I emailed them once a week and tried calling numerous times. Their voicemail didn't allow me to leave a message. Finally I gave up on them and called the state to see what was going on. They said I still need to file. Now I am penalized with a fee. They also said that this is something separate regardless if I received a tax return. Which really bothers me that the tax guy at Tarr Financial didn't just simply respond and say you need to file. And why would they lead me to believe that I could ignore the first notice. Maybe they didn't bother looking. Again, the people are nice here, but you better hope that one visit will cover it all!
