I was so pleasantly surprised. I was able to park fairly close to the door. Unlike other places I've been.  Walking and standing is difficult for me.  So I was happy the office I needed was a short walk once inside. I was there to get handicap parking plates. It was quite and clean. They called my number right away. It only took about five minutes.  And the young woman that helped me was  very polite and professional.  Great experience.

Apparently they just close when it seems right for them.  E.g. good Friday.  Glad I didn't have urgent business to attend to or anything like meeting civil obligations (for which I may be cited for being out of compliance).  What a joke...

Went in 5 different times to get my title transferred and still not done. Caitlyn was not only rude and had a stink face throughout my visit but she also lied to her supervisor about the communication that we had. She told the supervisor she told me I had to come back the same day or I’d have to wait 48 hours. She never said any of this to me. She didn’t even say hello. Can’t wait for karma to kick her on the behind. With people like Caitlyn working in this facility you can expect to have unhappy people. She looks like a miserable person. She even yelled at me “do we have a problem” then rolled her eyes when I said I don’t know why you’d leave me here waiting while you decide to count your drawer in front of me.

Lady who works at County Clerk office (Clairre) VERY unprofessional and was rude to the gentleman she assisted before me. Someone needs to train her in Customer Service.
