Fast, courteous, clean, and plenty of windows to get people moving. Comparing this County Tax office, to other places I've lived, it's a dream. They seem to have made the accommodations with this building for being so busy. Also, possibly having a more positive and patient attitude than many I've encountered, than some other persons perhaps having a bad day, I get a better response than those who seem to look for ways to be negative and complain. Sometimes you get what you give. Give anyways.

Caitlyn is awful and doesn’t communicate. She lied to her supervisor. How awful it would be to have her as a employee.

Coming at 8:30 on a Tuesday morning is the way to go.  The setup is made for volume, and they do a good job using assigned tasks.  

Sometimes, it takes a while, but it beats the old way of standing in line.
