Average service. Comforters dry cleaning is too expensive. But shirts are affordable.

Dropped off 3 coats to be cleaned, paid almost $40 - picked them up and they didn't look or smell fresh at all (nothing was wrong in the first place, just some stray hairs and a bit stale from sitting in closets all summer).  Folks at the counter immediately got defensive saying she would 'try again' even though I needed to take them with me.  I was able to rub a few small spots off of a wool coat with just a lick of my thumb.  Woman at counter was yelling at me and was incredibly defensive from the get-go.  I personally think my things were forgotten about and they passed them through so they made the deadline (a lint roller would have done a better job than they did)

Terrible. I got my garment back and one was still stained and had crusted on something on it. It was covered with iron marks and completely destroyed. I can no longer wear the dress and it was quite expensive.
