We came for lunch buffet on Friday. Many buffet items were not hot temperature wise that should have been hot. Most were rather bland flavor and not the spicy Indian flavors. Taste of India may be trying to cater to the lowest common denominator. Let those people go to McDonald's. We go to Indian restaurants for the unique flavors and spices. Please note that Taste of India had pleasant waiters and the buffet had large chunks of goat and chicken. Many buffets are skimpy on the meats. I am giving this a 3 star instead of 2 star because this is the only Indian food restaurant in region. I hope Taste of India will adjust their spices and have a long life in Staunton.

Food is very tasty! We arrived on the first night for the new chef at 8:45pm and they were packed to the gills!! Even though I got the mild spice and my sweetie got the medium, which was backwards, we really liked it and appreciated how hard the staff worked with only 3 people with the unexpected packed house. I also was touched that as couples and families continued to come in at closing time, they continued to welcome them to sit and order. Good folks, great food!

🎉 $8.95 for the lunch buffet. 👨‍🍳 Staff is friendly and didn't take long to get seated. 🍽 The buffet selection was rather limited and the quality was okay. Good spot if you value getting full rather than the quality of food.

A gem in Beverly! Great food, friendly staff, nice buffet. Reasonably prices.

Great lunch buffet at an insanely reasonable price. Staff were attentive without hovering. A nice surprise in a small Virginia Town.
