Went to eat dinner, it was not worth dollars and service is bad . They don’t even respond. I don’t know why they 4+ stars . Food presentation is good but too tiny portions. Even falafel was small water bottle cap size for 12.99 . Other grape leave appetizer is super cold . Am not going here again!
Visited this place today. We ordered two beef shawarmas with fries and both the shawarmas and fries were stone cold. I usually have very low standards of food and I hardly ever complain but that was unacceptable so I raised it with the hostess. She took my plate and returned with fresh fries and same shawarma. I just didn’t bother complaining again because shawarma was the actual meal and both should have been fresh. And clearly they weren’t interested in fixing that. It wasn’t the closing time neither were there any other guests. It was pretty empty tbh, so I don’t have any reason to give them the benefit of the doubt. Picture of old fries vs new fries.
Best Lebanese food anywhere! We want to come here every weekend!!! We got the soup and salad lunch special for $10.99 which is HUGE!!! Excellent lentil soup and fatooush salad. We got the hummus sampler with three types and homemade thick and fluffy pita bread. Near Leesburg Outlets. Very reasonable prices.
We’ve ordered from Taste of Lebanon for years- through COVID using door dash. Recently they’ve requested we use their app to save them, not us, money. We did, not only was half our order missing, when we called they indicated that they’ve been paid and we need to take it up with their new app. And the kicker was when he said, your order is sitting right here, come get it- after we paid 30% in tip and delivery. So long taste of Lebanon.
I did not even get to eat at this restaurant. The staff are friendly when I called and placed an order. However because of an emergency I could not pick up the food so I called and canceled. Two hours later, a manager presumingly called me to ask why I canceled, and to quarrel with me! This experience is very strange over a ten dollar sandwich. Just thought to share and maybe the manager think about customer service better. I definitely would not place an order ever again : which probably wouldn't matter anyways. Well, wish this restaurant luck and better anger management. Vegetarian options: Felafel
The food was good, especially meats shish, chicken kabob, doner, shawarma Parking: Lots of free parking spaces.
Aside from having consistently good food, the customer service here is top-notch as well. My husband and I unintentionally ordered online via a third party and the restaurant never got our order, despite receiving confirmation from the third party. When we showed up to pick up the food, they insisted on making everything on the spot on a noticeably busy night, even though they hadn’t received payment from the third party. My husband offered our phone number so we could coordinate payment with them directly once we dispute the charge with the third party, but they declined. It’s not often you receive that kind of customer service in a scenario that’s completely out of their control. We will absolutely be back.
The shawarma is very authentic. I stopped by while passing through the area and took a chance on this place. It was a perfect sandwich. And the lunch price is super affordable. Most Lebanese places water down their shawarma and they suck. This places has all of the flavors you would expect. Excellent!<b>Food</b>: 5/5
This happened on TuesdayJan 3rd, 2023 night around 7pm. Super disappointed with service. When we entered, there was no one there to attend to us so we naturally walked towards the counter, ordered our food and waited. The waiter/manager didnt ask us if we wanted it to go or dine in. The waiter/manager was so so rude; he literally threw our food on the table and said, you should've mentioned you are eating here. He also made faces while he was at it. It's unbelievable how a person in customer service could do that. Never going back
Our first couple visits here were great we really enjoyed the food. Our most recent visit was a major disappointment though. They got our order slightly wrong, the food was served to us cold, and there were a few other issues that made it a very poor experience. We would like to go back to see if it was a one off bad night but are hesitant.
