Welcome to Taste of Thyme! A locally owned and operated Cafe serving in the heart of downtown Sanford.

Story

Open Tuesday through Saturday, we are a locally, owned and operated cafe located in the heart of historic, downtown Sanford. We use fresh ingredients and serve a variety of gourmet cafe food including breakfast and deli sandwiches, paninis, salads, ice cream and specialty coffee drinks. Take some time and taste for yourself!

The service was a little slow, but that is to be expected for a smaller business on a busy day. The Roast beef Panini was the BEST I have ever had and was totally worth the wait! Highly recommended!

Amazing coffee, cozy atmosphere. We ordered a breakfast panini and it was the perfect start to our day! Visiting family from Kansas and this little stop was great before heading home. Why buy Starbucks when this little local gem will make your day and the staff won't rush you?
