I went there to purchase a jeep renegade in full and they quoted me that after rebates and everything the car would cost me 20 grand. offered 19 and was told that I did not apply for any discounts because my "credit was to good." and they recommended that I should get a co signer with bad credit to be eligible for the addition thousand dollar discount. Didn't even purchase the car I was so frustrated. They made me feel like another number, saying things like "We sold 24 cars this week", like they didn't even need my sale. They made my first experience with a dealership horrible. Then they had the nerve to call me the next day and ask if I was interested in the car. This place was horrible, I would never recommend them to anyone. Super pushy about financing. if you have good credit beware. And in response to the dealer you are incorrect. I found the exactly what I wanted with another dealer just not in the neon colors. Facts are everything and please note that for future record. And regardless, I did not appreciate how I was treated, wasting my entire morning. You guys weren't even remotely interested in assisting me in finding a car. Not every attempt was made. And the statements of the staff made that abundantly clear. And for the record after this review was posted I received yet another call from your dealership with not even an apology. I so glad that you dealership could affordable for 19 grand to walk out the door. I hope 24 previous sales assisted that.

Just thought I'd share the amazing experience I had with Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep on Ritchie Highway. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle through them and they never cease to amaze me. After purchasing a vehicle two weeks ago and second guessing myself, I went back and asked if it was possible to swap it out for something else. They reassured me that they would do whatever it took to get me into something I felt comfortable in. The entire staff (including Judy Longobardo in Sales) was patient and test drove cars with me all week long until I was finally able to find something I liked. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. For anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly suggest purchasing through them! It's nice to know that there are some honest and trustworthy car salesmen out there!

I worked with both Wendell Fitzgerald and Billy Bragg in ordering a new truck and then after 2 weeks I had to change the order up hours before going on a trip. We worked the details out and submitted the new order over the phone without me having to come by the dealership. Today we got to go pick the truck up and it was just what we ordered. They handled my trade in very smoothly and there wasn't no surprise costs while doing the paperwork. Ralph Scott handled all the paperwork and kept the process smooth and quick. They even got me an additional rebate that was available that I knew nothing about. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again.

Just got a jeep from here and I'd have to say this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had getting a car. I've gotten cars at a minimum of 6 different places in the past and never had such a smooth, painless experience. Worked with Sal and he was amazing! Super helpful, not pushy in the least. All around super happy!!

I bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Tate and had an excellent experience. My sales consultant Carol was very nice and personable. She made the experience painless and got me a great deal on my Jeep. The rest of the staff seemed very professional. No issues or mistakes. Great job.
