I have had a great experience dealing with State Farm in Wallingford. I worked with Joseph Land, Account Rep and he was extremely helpful and always available whenever I had a question. I reached out for a quote on auto insurance first, and he immediately responded and was able to save me nearly $100 a month. Then at the beginning of 2024, I received a notice from my mortgage company stating that my monthly payment is increasing $198 starting Feb 1st, with the majority of it being a result of a an increase in my Homeowners Premium. I immediately reached out to Joe at State Farm. And once again, he matched the same coverage I had with Nationwide and my premium is $1100 LESS!! Bundling both auto and homeowners insurance with State Farm has saved me over $2000 a year! I'm so glad I made that call.

I recently had a phone interview with the owner of this branch and I have to say I’m very displeased with how unprofessional she was. When interviewing with her she had asked who was my insurance agent was and when she found out it was another gentleman in Wallingford she told me “well if you are serious about the job you should go ask him” then proceeded to say “I have no more questions” and she hung up. I find that very unprofessional and very rude and would never recommend this lady for a job or to have for insurance.

Loretta, David, and Tatia are amazing. They were very patient in answering all my questions and were consistent with follow ups during my mortgage process. They gave me an amazing package for home and auto while making sure I wasn’t paying for things I didn’t need. On top of that they were relatable and very personable. 100% recommend them!

I actually called to check on an online quote I did with State Farm. I had the pleasure of dealing with Loretta Bellamy who is a Customer Service Rep at the Tatia Winecoff Agency. I was looking for new homeowners insurance because I'm extremely unsatisfied with my current company. Loretta was very professional and extremely courteous as she explained all the options I had selected during my online quote selection. She even made some changes and explained why and the benefits of why I needed and didn't need certain items on my policy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful especially since it's been awhile since I've shopped around for insurance. She made the whole process very uncomplicated. I'd definitely recommend this agency and Loretta anytime.

Where do I start I called for a quote on home insurance for a new house . Lorretta Bellamy was awsome she got me the quote for home and auto  and took the time to explain everything to me. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice. She even got in contact with my mortgage company and got everything going right after she got off the phone with me just like she said she would. Absolutely the best experience I had with insurance companies. I would definitely recommend dealing with her and state farm. That women definitely deserves a raise
