The older attendant is HORRIBLY RUDE. she always has a nasty look on her face and only speaks with an attitude, the younger attendant is an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART though. I put my clothes in the wash and decided to go to cvs as I waited, specifically so that I wouldn't end up leaving my clothes in the washer too long, got back MINUTES after my clothes had finished. When I came back I found the rude attendant taking my clothes out with her bare hands. She then rudely said thank you as I came over. My clothes were not left there long enough to be touched by someone else, I was absolutely disgusted by that woman.

Amazing customer service. Helped me carry my baskets in and out! Very helpful and kind.

Water is not hot enough - only a little warm.  I hear this is a problem with other laundromats in the city, so if you need very hot water, good luck.  I specifically asked and was told it would be hot.  So I spent $1.75 on a top loader so I could check the temperature and it was only warm.   Otherwise an okay place.  Lots of machines and options for load sizes.  Seems decent, has an attendant on the premises.  Dryers are okay.  Next to a Dunkin Donuts and a Friendly's, among other restaurants.

Pleasant service.  Happy to get your business.  Customer friendly - for example they will help carry items to your car if they are available.  Pricing is good.
