I live here and the teenagers are out of control running around on R. V. 4WEELERS all over & they are not on trials like they should be. Up and down the front hill almost cost a few accidents. 
RENT on the LOTS IS GOTTEN so bad I barley can pay it.as I live on a fix income. Now I'm sorry that I 11 years ago got this place in stead of a real home  & The police officer are in here over one family 5/7 times a month. People who living in here  they drive so fast in and. A round the corner they have almost ran in to the river. Now when I first moved into this park it was word being WAS!!!! The best place to fishing and vacation...  Was quite good and kids didn't ripping off my rocks and lawn owraments now I have keep them in my home I'm not the only one feeling like this most of the residents in here who's been in here for years feeling the same way.. Oh and now because of a few bad people who put stuff in the dumpster now I have to pay for garbage disposal something that use to be FREE.....  I wish I could MOVE. BUT now can't afford to & at 61 now the only thing I can do is try and doing this or a nursing home and this new owner does not care about any thing but Making MONEY '.... It's a sad day when we need to have someone who can help you but business comes first and money is most important NO matter who it's hurting. So much for a good place to live or vacation at. I'm giving it A one stars when it should get A ---- zero stars.

What happened to all the fun?!?! The craft days and karaoke nights? The pot luck dinners? And most of all the price?!?! You take away all the fun and then double the prices??? Kathy needs to come back!!!!!  This place sucks now

We were in and out with no hassle, which worked out fine for a last-minute reservation.  The staff and seasonal campers were very friendly. The bathrooms were clean but could use updating. The biggest downfall is that part of this campground is an actual mobile home trailer park. These and some of the seasonal trailers are pretty beat up and trashy looking. The "river" is a mucky canal. Not great views. We had to ask for a fire ring and grabbed a picnic table from the next site over. It sufficed for our purposes as we were visiting friends in the area, but we probably won't return.

Park is nothing like it used to be prices are raised and there's nothing to do. It was a good place to say as a seasonal but now Its not worth the money. We had singing BBQ put luck dinners and a band on holidays. Now you hear crickets during the day. Don't waste your time coming here.
