Tax care completed the filing of our 2014 taxes, but this year when we went back, they had deductions for my wife at 3/4ths of her earnings. We thought we were getting a sizeable amount back, but after careful review, we realized the mistake they had made. I filed our taxes for years, but decided about 5 years ago to let someone else do it. I think I'll return to filing them myself. I called to ask them what actions they were going to take as the return was already submitted electronically, and they were going to call me back. I'm still waiting on the call. As I am typing this review, I am calling them yet again to see what actions they will take to get this error remediated.

I've worked with Tax Care for almost a decade and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. They've been pivotal in helping me start my own business and navigating my way through the complexities of the tax code. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that I can because of the effort they put forth to help and guide me. If you own a business, they are the team to work with when it comes to accounting, taxes and everything in between!

My husband and I have been working with Tax Care for over 7 years and they are fantastic! They've always gone above and beyond to help us with our taxes and our questions in regards to our businesses. Even during an audit they were there to hold our hand and help us through the process. Daniel and Veronica are great at getting you the information you need and I'd recommend them to anyone I know that needs help with their taxes.

Tax Care Inc filed my joint federal taxes without my consent... they committed tax fraud and we had to report them to the IRS to avoid getting audited - as they made up deductions and did silly things like placing a car in the service of a business a decade before it was manufactured (hmm, what now?) Featuring such ridiculousness as incorrectly adding together the quarterly taxes already paid (messed up twice by two different people), and not knowing how to depreciate property (they made the value increase year over year... ?!) this firm is the worst of the worst. They made me believe I could file my own taxes.
