Jon and Jacqui are fantastic. My tax experience couldn't have been more pleasant or convenient. I had a corporate job for about a decade before embarking on a wild new life as a mostly self-employed creative. I'm a writer and musician and although I was able to do my taxes online for my first partial year out of the cubicle, I'm sure I would have been better of with Tax Experience in the first place. I came to Jon and Jacqui because of a friend's recommendation and after trying TurboTax and H&R Block online on my own and getting two different quotes many hours later. Despite coming to Jon and Jacqui right down to the wire, they were able to advise me on setting up an extension and got me started right away. They walked me through the tax process and helped me understand any applicable deductions. The cost may be a little higher on the front-end when it comes to having your taxes prepared in person VS online, but not only are these costs deductible next year, but the pay off is absolutely worth it. I especially recommend their services to any creative/artist/self-employed types, but I believe anyone would benefit from their expertise.
