These people are not professional at all. They are never open at the posted time and they never answer the phone. My husband has been calling to amend his taxes for months now and even left messages and NEVER get a call back. Honestly, they don't even deserve one star. I don't know who owns this place but not even he/she is EVER around to rectify the situation. So much for customer service...just care about their pockets I guess.

Terrible. Unprofessional. I went in, the receptionist was not even at her desk, but was rather conversing with a coworker. She then failed to provide me with the information I needed, and simply left me standing there and went back her previous chit chat. So I just left. I wish they had a ZERO star.
