Taylor Road Synagogue

Story

More than 1,500 families have been members of Taylor Road Synagogue over our century long existence. Our proud history includes milestones such as housing a vibrant and inclusive religious school and one of the city's most respected early learning centers. Our beautiful auditorium and social hall was the backdrop for key events for institutions like Telshe, Hebrew Academy and Yeshiva University.

Taylor Road Synagogue, is currently under renovation. But even in the midst of this process, we are proud to be able to offer space to groups like Devorah's Gym, an all girls frum competing team that uses only Jewish music and female coaches. We are also pleased to host Amram Acrobatics, featuring Amram Linkov, who is teaching acrobatics to boys and girls of all ages.

We look forward to the future here at Taylor Road Synagogue. Upcoming projects include a kosher pizza bakery with free delivery, an Early Childhood Educational Center in the lower level of the building and a Business and Technology Incubator for men involved in Torah learning which will be housed in the upper level of the building. This Incubator program will be tailored to young men that want to learn and develop a specific concept that will significantly contribute to the fields of business and technology. We are planning to completely renovate the social hall and will provide a kosher and experienced caterer who will offer simcha packages that are comparable to Lakewood and New York.

We are proud of our history and excited by our future. Each of our members brings his or her own story to our diverse community, of all ages and backgrounds. Whether your family has a long history with our congregation, or you are new to Cleveland, now and always, Taylor Road Synagogue is your home!
