You guys wouldn't even come pick up our dead golden retriever. You made my 70 year old father carry him out to the car and the guy who helped carry him in to the pound almost dropped him. You're lucky my sister (the owner of the Golden retriever) didn't punch him in the face. I also took my dachshund there about a year ago and instead of letting the guy know the dog was paralyzed and couldn't walk he comes out with a leash asking us to put him down. Good job making it harder on the people who lost a family member!

Called at 5:30 on a Monday. Hours (even when you call) say you are open 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. Operator says you were closed for no reason. Also, it said to press 5 for complaints of a barking dog, I press 5 and it says it didn't understand my request. Get your information straight.
