They failed to tell me I had an infection in two teeth. it got so bad I needed a root canal and a tooth pulled.  They admitted at that point they knew about it months ago.  I also had strep going on in the beginning and ear and jaw pain are strep signs for me.  I also was told at my root canal of a cavity. I was told again the clinic knew about it moths ago and still did nothing about it.  I told them I felt like they didn't care and that I was a number to them. They said " I am sorry.....you are not the only one that feels that way.  They lost my business. { or lack there of }

Is there a zero star? Seriously never have I been to a dental facility that has treated my family so poorly. THEY REFUSE TO LET PARENTS GO BACK WITH THEIR CHILDREN!??. EVEN IF THE CHILD IS UNCOMFORTABLE! NO WONDER THEY ARE A 2 STAR DENTISTRY. HORRIBLE PLACE WILL NEVER BE BACK.

When I went there to get fillings they rushed me through, destroyed tooth number 7 in their rush job and my front two teeth look awful and the color doesn't even match my teeth. I now have to get another dentist to fix tooth 7 and they don't know if they can save it and theres not a whole lot I can do about my front two teeth. I fully recommend going to Secure Dental instead of here, they can actually help you without ruining your teeth.

What dental or office at all does not allow a spouse to stay with the patient?? Will never be coming here again.
