So, the way i work when starting something like this, like a store or bank, is i give them 3 strikes. (That's VERY generous, with most other people i know it's one strike) 3 strikes, i stop going there. When i set up my account, the woman stopped entering my information to make a phone call to ANOTHER client, and i was in a rush to get to an appointment. She was angry when i asked her to please step up the pace. Don't tell me how she could even FATHOM this, but somehow she messed up my name from "Henry" to "Henoy". I was not aware of this and left with my account set up. Strike one. 2 days later, I got a phone call saying that i must bring in my passport, which is, retarded because i provided them with a Photo ID, DOB, home address, work address and basically everything short of a DNA sample. When i got there, the woman was EXTREMELY slow to help me, and said "The information you provided us is not valid." She showed me the info, and I said, "My name's Henry... Not Henoy." She thought i did it on purpose, was angry, rude and slower then usual. Strike two. That same day, my Visa ATM/Debit card came in the mail and it said, guess what? Henoy on the front. Strike Three. 3 strikes and they blew them all in less than a week. The worst part is that I can't use this card because I'll probably get credit fraud charges for doing it and that if i need to change it i'll need to spend HOURS on hold, as nicole said, "Navigating the red tape" or WORSE; DEALING WITH THESE ******* IDIOTS in PERSON. Stay away! I would'nt even spit in their direction. Henoy. What the ****? How do you get Henoy From Henry? The "R" and the "O" keys are on the opposite sides of the keyboard!
