Locked up my mom's card, still have not issued money back. It's been a week. Completely messed up her bill being paid on time.

Teller told me that I could not cash a check that was issued by them and could not give me a reason why. I was Very dissatisfied I have never a problem with any other bank.

After getting an email from TCF Bank about a special promotion where they were giving away free phone battery chargers, I made sure to stop in at this location to pick up the promotional item. I was told that they "did not get them yet" and that they would call me when they came in. The gentleman who I spoke with took down my name and number and he told me he would call when the units came in. Guess what? It is 4 months later and he never called. This is a small issue but when I need a mortgage or a car loan, I will remember that some employees at this branch do not keep their word and I will take my business elsewhere.

The only thing I don't like is that you can't cash your check and get your funds immediately if your check doesn't match the amount in your account they make you wait 2 days and then they only release part of it you still have to wait an extra day for the rest and don't let it be a holiday or weekend the wait is even longer.
