I've banked with this TCF branch for over ten years and have always been happy with every visit and transaction. The drive thru employees have always been friendly and helpful as have the walk-in tellers. I love that it is so close to many of the places I frequent. I tend to cash in a lot of loose change and am ecstatic that they still offer this service, free of charge for their customers. (Non-TCF users pay a small fee for the service.) At certain times, there IS a line for a teller ... they don't have every window staffed and need to cover the drive thru. Sometimes the line seems like its taking forever, just be patient! Unfortunately, not every customer has a 15 second transaction ... sort of "luck of the draw" who is in front of you?

Branch hours are not posted correctly online. This location is only open until 1:00pm on Saturday!

My corperation HAD a business account open with this location and they had some type of malfunction with their night deposit box for about a week. I called and complained atleast 2 times for them to that "i haven't noticed a problem with the drop box, were still getting all of our deposits" in a confused voice. To make a long story short one of my deposits was stolen because i couldn't close the night bix one day i stayed in the drive thru for about 15 minutes and just gave up after awhile. This location was absolutely HORRIBLE, some of the tellers are pretty nice but the management and the direction of this location is ran like a zoo! I would strongly discourage any one from going to this location. I went to a different bank with cheaper rates and amazing customer service.
