their service is not relay professional but you have deal with them I went to do address change I gave them a copy of my ID they promise me they are going to change my address and change the setting in my account they did not do anything they ignore me paper I believe they discriminated me.

TD held my cert for 4 monthes as I lost 1.8 million dolars in equity. If you are to send TD a cert make sure you stay on top of them on a daily basis so you don't land yourself in a situation like I have. This company has to many people doing the same thing as you can get caught up in a vicious circle. My opinion is use a broker that you can deal with on a daily basis. They will not let you talk to compliance officer, as they say you have to mail them your request. My request was never sent back.
