To get anything done here, you have to come back numerous times to fix their numerous mistakes. Save time: Go somewhere else.

Very slow service,also very rude I was trying to get a cash advance on my credit card and I was asked to take the line again even tho I didn't get my cash ,also huge attitude from staff .not to mention both ATM are not working and they only had one teller on a Monday morning.

I went to this bank on dec 3rd 2015 located 665 w cypress creek rd. pompano fl.. at 830 am to close 2 out of 3 accounts I have with them. because they charged me $25 maintenance fee on my business account because my balance on that account went one day under $1500  since I opened that account although I have total of my accounts exceed much more than this amount.  I called the main bank and they refuse to refund to credit me back the $25 ..the supervisor at that location in pompano at that time did not like that I want to close 2 accounts (my saving and personal accounts) and she treated me with disrespect (like I am a homeless and came to her begging for food) I was humiliated , she had the worst attitude.  and a bad personality 
this is the worst and the most unprofessional person and the worst treatment in the banking industry that I ever experience . Now I demand apology and a credit for the maintenance fee ..otherwise I will close the business account ..and never bank with them again
