I don't like all of the policies, and would never bank with them (TD - not this branch) again, but they have some convenient benefits and convenient locations. When I banked with them, years ago, they ended up letting a charge go through, although I was $2 short. I wasn't expecting the payment to be processed in the first place, so I didn't take action prior to the incident. I REALLY appreciated that they covered the bill, but then noticed how bad they screwed me over. Within 24-48 hours, instead of immediately, I got a notice saying that they charged me a $35 overdraft fee - which I was ok with, seeing as they paid the bill. Within 24 hours of that happening, they REVERSED the payment, but stuck me with the $35 overdraft fee. I ended up getting a late fee from the company who billed me, along with a charge for "funds reversal," and TD Bank didn't care. They wanted me to pay the $35 overdraft fee, and weren't willing to apologize/compensate me for making me responsible for 2 additional fees to a 3rd party, and made me "delinquent."

The branch manager was harassing and unhelpful! 
He was condensenidng and put a hold on my funds for reasons he explained he didn’t have  to tell me!!
Then he said he is sorry I️ was going to have a bad weekend but he wants to help me because hats what he does help people. My car was totaled and received a total loss check from Geico and he proceeded tot ell me that I️ looked very good despite the accident and he would like for me to come into the branch more often. 
Mr KIMBLE LEWIS YOU ARE A PIG WHO ABUSES YOUR AUYHORITY AND WERE HATRSSING IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER ! I️ will see you in court I️ have every intention of pursuing legal action against you

I needed to cancel my card and had a question about another problem. Mr Lewis was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.  He handled everything to my satisfaction.
