Waited over 20 minutes to deposit money into my account. They had one person alone at the counter with a lime out the door. Apparently the other teller was on break. He came back after me waiting for 15 or so. However, he didn't even help anyone. He went and was just restocking supplies instead of actually assisting the poor woman at the counter. She was pleasent and apologized.

Good service. Friendly and patient tellers. There was a line but that is with every bank. Have never had a problem and plan to bank there for a while.

Customer service is very poor. Tellers are welcoming and pleasant  but when I was waiting to talk to someone, the banker didn’t even acknowledge us. Theres’s no smile , didn’t even asked us to sit down. No empathy showed for our loss. We didn’t feel welcomed at all.
