You have 2 personal bankers for customers waiting. The lines don't move fast enough. I closed all my accounts and went to chase bank for faster and better service.

Is there a negative stars? I had some problems with my account, thought I fixed them all on my lunch break but when I get out of work (4 hours later) they didn't mention that I would be charge 2 overdraft fees when my account hit the negative 🙄 Plus when I spoke with the manager my second time there, I had repeat what happened 2 times because she was into her emails... So naturally you become pissed and then she tells me "your unprofessional, your asking for my help so relax." Right then I thought I was done with that bank but when I give her money to pay all these dumb ass fees and she goes to the teller she's bragging about how she told me and how MY account went into negative and they're laughing. And as soon as she came I told back in I told her to close my account because I'm done & she rolled her eyes in my face and told me I could do that at home cause It would take her a process. So no I wouldn't recommend this bank I've had numerous problems with my account & I wouldn't reccomend going to this store at all to fix a problem! Rude and unprofessional is what they were.

teller in a Drive-Thru when you have 12 cars waiting to be taken care of people walking up to the window instead of using a car should not be allowed
