Went there about 7:10pm, ATM area was still unlocked. Went in to use ATM to deposit money. When machine started to make an awful noise while trying to take the money, it was not actually taking the money though. I tried 3 times, the last time I tried the machine wouldn't stop trying to take the money. It wouldn't cancel out and any other button I pressed didn't work either. There was someone else waiting to use the ATM also so I tapped on the glass window for help because my card was stuck in the machine. Two girls behind the counter just kept saying they were closed, they would not come over and  help me whatsoever. I understand they were closing up the store but my card was legit stuck in the machine. It was horrible customer service. They could have just came over to give me a phone number to call some one but instead they did absolutely nothing. The next day I called to try to speak with the manager, he wasn't in yet so I called the next day and he was on a conference call, so I asked to leave my name and number and I explained the situation to the employee. And 5 days later I still have not received a phone call back. So horrible customer service from the employees that night and from the manager.

Definitely dissapointed in the lack of customer service I delt with today by the manager Judy. For the 3.5 years I've banked here I had one overdraft which was recent because Target takes the money out 4 days after a purchase which I didn't know about. Yet again, it happened to me a couple a days ago and when I saw it today I called my local bank that I always go to and i was told that it shows on my account I always have over draft fees. When I asked her for the dates and times she hung up on me. I called back and i was put on hold to speak to judy for a few minutes, she picked up the line and apologized that it did in fact only happen once and this was the second time. When I asked her again for the dates and times because she automatically assumed that I have had multiple overdrafts she couldn't even say anything and apologized and said she would put the money back into my account and rushed me off the phone.

What kind of customer service is this? I'm so shocked that I'm questioning on if I want to continue to bank here or not. Definitely contacting customer service after this hassle I had to go through. Disappointing to say the least.

The one Teller was so nice. My kid was over heated and she gave my baby a freeze pop and a thing of bubbles. Luna says thank you and much appreciated.

I continue to be disappointed with the TD Back that is located at 601 College DR Blackwood NJ. They are no regard for their customers who have banked with them over 25 year. You used to be able to walk into that bank and they new your name, now you are just a # to them. TD Bank has changed and not for the good they forgot what customer service means.
