Or service, not enough tellers, customer service put on hold over 15 minutes. Not acceptable. One teller and one Long line. Wait forever to get into safe deposit box.

TD Bank, in general, is NOT a friendly business environment. We never felt welcome here and staff is cold and bitter. We open this account to have some privileges when we travel to Canada, but in the end, not worthy it. If you ever lived under communism, welcome to TD Bank. I went to see Nicole, the branch manager it seems, with an issue and I realized that talking to a stone wall will get you accomplish more. We are closing all accounts with them. There are hundreds of other banks, don't waist your time. Do your research prior. Good luck!

Worse bank ever the manager Fabiola does no have costumer service the staff is no friendly at all and when you ask question the only thing they say is I don't know what to tell you call the central

This is the worst bank to use for business if you want to speak to someone via phone. Ive called at least 10 times in the past 2 months and only 1 time was I able to speak to a supervisor and then he told me I needed to go to a branch office in person because the password he had on file did not match the Only one I know???? I can use my Debt card, I can use the automated system with my passwords, but cant get assistance over the phone. Total time on phone has been at least 5 hours

The Branch Manager and all the personnel are very customer service oriented.
