TD Bank-Gloucester City is the worst! I signed over a check to someone with an account- and they wouldn't cash it. They said I had to cash it and  charged a fee...I had a hundred dollar bill, just needed smaller bills- but NO! TD bank asked- for my debit card. I just need some smaller bills, you're a bank right?- can I give you a hundred dollar bill for five 20's...and the answer is NO, because I do not have an account there.. Not only can you not sign over a check to a member and expect it cashed, you cannot walk in there with any sort of money and ask for smaller bills. Thanks specific TD Bank.
