Yesterday I had to do a lot of complicated banking.  From the moment I walked into the branch the staff (all appropriately Celtics Green themed!) greeted me and I had three of the TD Bank staff helping me with the complicated information that I needed.  The pulled up all the information I needed!  They scanned it all, put it into PDF (thank you Justice) I didn't get the names of the other staffers but they were all excellent and very professional!  They took care of a Stop Payment, issued new checks, gave me envelopes, didn't rush me...and I walked out about thirty minutes later with all the pressure off my shoulders and information I needed sent!  I can't express my gratitude in the support I got from this TD Branch!  Oh, and this was adorable:  I had cracked my phone screen and gotten a glass shard in my hand, they gave me first aid and a bandaid!  then they taped up the broken phone!  Really it was the loveliest banking experience I had ever had! Thank you!  Christina
