TD Branch at the Springfield Baltimore Pike , the manger there has horrible customer service skills , she is rude and talks to you like a child , best thing too do call customer service by phone , cause going to that branch is a waste of time , ! I left there very upset and low , I understand that everyone has their own issues they are fighting, , but once you walk into those doors where you work , please put them aside, and plus as a customer I felt discriminated against , felt like I didn't even belong at that bank , if I could said anything to that manger is that come to my house look at my son who life going to be short how everyday is a gift for me and him , I have seen the love ppl with DS have , and Miss Debbie manager you have a lot to answer for ! Be kind ? Be happy , be greatful you have a job to go too, Being humble and kind is a lesson you should learn ! I will never go to that branch again ? They need tom change their ways !

Terrible branch. Endless lines and clueless tellers. Bad management.

I want to give 0 rating. This big institution employees have no sense of customer satisfaction. There is no training as to how they should treat their customers. Me and my husband visited this location and waited for 40 minutes to get attended, by that time the store was closing. There is no smile at representatives faces, no one approached asking why we were there, when we tried to make an eye contact they clearly ignored. Finally when it was time to close the bank one lady asked what we needed (I needed a safe deposit box) and she ask me whats the number. I told her I wanted a new one, she said very rudely 'Oh you don't have a deposit box, it will take time to open a new one and we are closing'. I tried to be polite and asked if she had any requirements list to open a new one.. all she said is ' they need an id'. Then we asked if we needed an account and she goes even rude ' Oh so you don't have an account' - Me thinking "Is it mandatory for people to have a TD account to live??? Surprised!! .. then she says 'you need an account'. I asked her back 'an Id and Account is all you need'?.. She says 'yes'. I could take no longer this kind of disrespect and walked out. Firstly, they wasted my time by not greeting and asking what I needed by which they could tell me earlier whether to come other day or if they needed more info. Secondly, the lady has no sense of shame and was very extremely rude. Thirdly, she was'nt ready to get a new customer by giving out a requirement list. This way you can run no business successfully for long.... I can never take an account with people who have such bad attitude. There is no free service, we are paying to get the service in which case, it has to be a good one.

TERRIBLE!!! Hours are horrible, and never anyone at the drive-in window. People are nice. But there is no way this is the "most convenient bank".

I went on Sunday to get to my box. I waited over an hour. Not 1 employee there said anything to me. People at the teller window were coming and going. I was at the customer service desk. There were 6 people behind me, 3 left. I would have left but after waiting all that time I figured Id stay. The girl at the customer service desk spent too much time with the older lady. The lady was bickering over small change in her account. There were 3 employees there. This is totally unexcusable. This bank stinks.
