Please stay away from the mortgage departmet!!!
This is just my first step in formally complaining about TD Bank Mortgage department. If I could I would take this entire department to court and I'll explain you why. I just lost my house after a whole month of working so hard on providing TD Bank with all the requirements the asked me for. Why did I lost my home? Because the took forever to process my case and after 20 days they just switched my type of loan with no clear reason. I had to provide them with the same documentation two or three times, they won't answer my emails or calls, and no one would give me an explanation. They say: "if you're not receiving a legendary service please contact my manager", and then the manager doesn't answer any calls either. I've never seen such an incompetence and lack of ethics. I'm planning on leaving TD Bank bank for good and it's just for the terrible service I've received from this mortgage people. It's been a shame to do business with them so PLEASE from the bottom of my heart STAY AWAY. Thanks.

Long ago TD bank bought out Carolina first. Though the staff here will do everything in their power to help you, the bank franchise itself is far from the most convenient bank. I've had several issues with TD and gave several ideas how they could actually be convenient. Perk here is the ATM is convenient long as you not trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot.

Everyone working in this branch is wonderful! Always helpful and friendly! Today was a horrendous rain around 4.20 pm and a gentleman(to my shame, I forgot to ask his name, but I remember he was wearing pink shirt), walked me to my car with an umbrella. I am very sorry I got him under the rain and his clothes got wet but you are such a gentleman, Sir! Thank you very much for a great customer service! Larisa.

The manager of this bank, I think her name is Amy is not helpful at all. Also the 4.99 a month they try to charge people is ludicrous. Okay hours, but not worth the hassle of trying to change anything on your account.
