I had some issues with my savings account, however Jaymes DeJesus assure me he would take care of it, as he did. He provided excellent customer service, and very professional as well. Thanks again Jaymes!!

I did open an account at TD bank of passaic nj with minimum of 100$ recommended by customer service , he did open an online banking for me , I let him know I'm leaving the country for 2 months ,when Im coming  back I will set up a direct diposit ,I did come back and  fund 20$ left on my account ,I called the national number on back of my card ,the customer service couldn't do anything and he told me to go to the one he opened the account ,so I went back the same customer service we discuss the situation and he told me you should sign in to online statement so you will not get charge for 1$ fee , I told him you did everything for me her and you open online banking ,why you didn't do it by time and why you didn't told me about 1$ fee !! He said you have to do it , I told him ok, say you told me there fee of dollar and if its come below 100$ will be an other fee of 15$ wish is  below minimum of 100$ , I would put 12$ extra and you take a dollar every month for 12th month so at least not like 80$ on 4 month , then he said I can only get you back 30$ to your account , so meaning I try to help you , I closed my account and got 20$ back. So I would just told him yes get 30$ back so will be 50$ and next day close and take 50$ but just told me I will give to you if and we always give more on support other but no stolen money of people !!!

If there was 0 stars i would put that. I deposited $400 in the atm and it took my card and my money. I was lucky that the bank was open and i could go in right away and tell them the issue. The girl in customer service file a report and i have to wait for my money.

have a mixreview about t dbank 1  they arevery curtious and always helpful with me becuz im disabled and im always requesting that theamount of momey I with draw fromy checking account is placed in sevral envelopes and  that they  all have the amount wrotten on them this makes it aloteasier for me to dis ma pay my monthly bill,llike room and  board tomy mom and other  things id rather not  gointo I have beendoing this for a while and never  had a hard time bu until I went on   the first of themonth  but it wasn't that they didn't want to it was  that there was along   line so that was completely understandable,  so  since that  day I made it apriority  to get there early  to try and  beat the long  line, but on acasions  wheni do get there early stil have along wait doe to the fact that for every 3 person theres only 1 teller working, plus  once that teller is done with a customer she or he hasto go to the drive through to help another custumer just wished that td bank had  more tellers avaible evry day of the week!
