I gave all my tax documents to this office 5 weeks ago. After not hearing back, I called to ask the status. I was told that if I hadn't received a call then they probably weren't ready. I asked if they had been started and the lady told me she would check. She came back after a minute and told me she couldn't find my documents (what the heck?) but would call me back when they were located. I told her no need to call me back, just find them and that I would pick up my documents at noon over my lunch hour. I picked them up and they didn't even apologize or explain what had happened. Worst place ever....

Team down at T D & T are extremely friendly but most importantly professional.  They understood my situation and helped me plan for the future and extremely insightful on my tax preparation.  BEST IN TOWN!
