0 stars. The city doesn't even follow its own policies. Dan is incredibly ignorant and Thad Konrad is incompetent and unprofessional and should be replaced immediately. Even the police department spoke out against them in my case. Our car was towed without 24 hour notice of construction taking place or any notice. Very unorganized city council that is in need of restructuring. Move to any of the small towns surrounding Sioux Falls. Not this one.

Kevin was kind and helpful in helping us rent out a place in Tea for our Taekwondo School's picnic!
