The whole Team Blair (Jamie, Drew, + Lisa were our primary contacts) was so great to work with. From my very first phone call where I asked Drew a billion questions to the care they took to help recommend contractors / electricians / handyfolks for fixes and improvements on our new Kings Beach cabin, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor team. Lisa is about the most on-top-of-it super-organized person I've ever worked with, and Jamie + Drew really made it feel like we were their most important client, even though I know they have so many deals going at once. They were great listeners, responsive, helped us get to a great purchase price, and easy-going. As an interior designer in San Francisco, I've worked with and interacted with plenty of real estate agents, for my own home and clients' homes, and for anyone looking to buy property in North Lake Tahoe, Team Blair is the absolute best. Hope to never sell our dream cabin, but if we ever do, we'll be calling.

I just sold my townhouse in Truckee through Drew Walden and Team Blair Tahoe and could not have asked for a better experience.  Drew is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the call of duty many times while maintaining and listing my property.  His efforts made me feel like a multi-million dollar client despite the modest value of my home.  Ultimately the result speaks for itself:  I accepted an excellent offer 4 weeks after listing and we closed promptly without any hiccups.  THANKS again Drew, you're the best!

We live in SF and have wanted to buy a Tahoe property for years.  We found Jamie through Yelp and "interviewed" him, as well as several other agents, over the phone.  Jamie put us at ease for two reasons - he demonstrated deep knowledge of the area, having grown up in the area and lived there for nearly all of his adult life - and he was great to talk to and discuss our ideas of what we were looking for in a property.

Jamie was very flexible with our schedule, and did a lot of work to make sure that our trips to look at properties were productive and timely.

Jamie helped us refine our search.  We started in Donner Lake, looked all over Tahoe Donner, Tahoe City, Alpine Meadows, and finally found a perfect place for our family in Squaw.  

Throughout the process Jamie provided all of the information that we needed to make decisions.  When it finally came to negotiating a fair price for the property, he again went above and beyond, helping us resolve issues before they became a problem due to his extensive knowledge of the area.

After the transaction, Jamie has continued to provide tremendous value - connecting us with outstanding contractors who are currently doing work on the property.  His team at Team Blair has also gone above and beyond repeatedly to make sure that the property and the experience have exceeded our expectations.

Thanks Jamie and Team Blair for all you have done, and continue to do, to make this home buying experience a positive one.  We look forward to seeing you on the mountain this winter.

If you live in SF and are looking to buy a house in Tahoe, we would highly recommend Blair Group! We found them via all the 5 star reviews on Yelp and got to work immediately. Drew, Jamie and Lisa were unbelievable to work with! These guys really are the best of the best. Buying a Tahoe house from the Bay Area isn't easy and we had been tracking the market from a distance for roughly a year. A perfect house came to market, but due to timing we were unable to see the house in person before bids were due. Drew/Jamie did a video tour for us, leaned on their strong broker relationship and put us at ease with their knowledge of the market. Drew was so transparent through the negotiations and responded/got on calls at all hours of the day and night. Jamie's knowledge of the Tahoe market was insane and put us at ease with price/value. After we won, Jamie set up the inspection and did the inspection for us. The moment we saw the house, we knew we had made the right decision. It's perfect! We are so excited and thankful to have had the opportunity to work with this team. They went above and beyond and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks Team Blair!!!
