 I went to the body  shop to get and estimate said they would call the insurance and take care of it. About a week later the adjuster called me and asked if I went there since no one contacted them. I called a couple weeks later said waiting on parts by the end of the week then I hit  a deer got another estimate different part of truck botj claims were paid to them still waiting for them to get my truck in since I had  my first estimate it has been around 2 months

Brought my car in because my second gear didn't work.  They were full, but they still got me in to diagnose my issue in less than an hour.  They have earned a repeat customer.

Excellent service... this was for a scheduled lube, oil, filter & tire rotation... I was geeted promptly by a very friendly & cheerful service manager... he verified the work to be done & asked if I had any questions & if there was anything else that needed attention... I showed him some minor damage to the back hatch door & he arranged for the body shop manager (also a very friendly person) to take a look & he gave an immediate estimate & scheduled the repair... very impressive!!... both of these gentlemen were excellent!!!

I live downstate but work up here, so when my car needed an oil change I went to them. Very friendly team memebers, and got it in quickly. Then about 2 weeks after my oil change, my boyfriend was washing my car for me, and he noticed a huge dent on the hood that happen from inside the hood, like someone slammed the hood with a cap or tool still sitting on my car. My dad looked at it and said it was from the hood being slammed shut on something. My car hasn't been worked on since the oil change, so I took it to them today and a team member and the service manager came and looked at it. They couldn't figure out what it was from and basically said it wasn't from them, which my family and I knew they would say that, but I wanted to bring it to their attention anyways. They were rushing me out and saying I should go and have it estimated to fix it only because they knew it was from them but didnt want to deal with it. Oh and they also were trying to say it may have been there from when I bought the car, which was back in December and I know for a fact it was not there when I bought it, but nice try! I know accidents happen and there's nothing I can do about it besides get it fixed but at least own up to and not lie about!! First and last time I go there for an oil change or anything else!
