I can honestly say that this was by far the worst experience ever for me as a customer. I had to park almost two miles away to start off. Once we went in to look for the L.A. Kings infant jersey for a very important family member's newborn on the way, we didn't get any "good morning" or "can I help you" Kids products were placed under the Women's section. Adult jerseys were under the Youth section. And to top it all off, some of these products looked dirty! But wait, there's more. I asked the cashier girl if they had any youth Lakers jerseys and she said "we don't have any". I had to ask when will they have them and she said "maybe when the season starts". Once I payed for the jersey, the same rude girl ringed me up and forgot to give me a gift receipt for the jersey. When I left, I had to say "Thank you and have a nice day" because she was obviously having a bad one. When I got home, I called and told them about not getting a receipt. They nicely told me that it was my fault, and that I can go pick it up if I was still around DTLA. And the cherry on top was when I peeled of the $52 Team LA price tag. There was an MSRP tag covered with the $45 price on it! I am born and raised in L.A. Love my Lakers and Kings, but I will NEVER shop at this Team L.A. store again. It is a shame that people like this represent our city and teams so badly. Gives our city a bad rep and looks bad for people that come from all over the world/country. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but I hope that nobody goes through this experience. For the price that we are paying for these marked up items, I get better treatment and prices at any local swapmeet or mall around the city.

This is a horrible store, they did not have any thing in size below a 2X and the staff seem like they don't know anything about the teams that play in staples center and the merchandise if I could pick a lower star I would.

Super knowledgeable help from Jonathan with backpacking gear today. Have been to this location several times for tent rentals & other camping necessities but wanted to give these guys a stellar review thanks to the expert fitting I received from this guy today.Prices are very competitive, and these guys have benefited the community in allowing us to host some of our volunteer group meetings as well. Thanks for all that you guys do, Sports Basement!

Being in LA for work, one week after the NHL All Star game, I wanted to grab a puck, and a Kings jersey at the Team LA store.  As a Kings fan since the Palffy, and Robitaille days, it was a foregone conclusion that I'd make an effort to get there.  Unfortunately, not to my knowledge there was a basketball game going on, and I was not allowed in to the store without a NBA game ticket.  I asked if there was a time that they'd be able to open to the public without tickets, to which they stated "9-5 or buy a ticket", so being only in the area overnight, that did not work, and it was insulting to have them state I should buy a ticket to an NBA game I was uninterested in, just to throw money at them for a jersey.  The staff I spoke with were very unhelpful, and apathetic.  After flying cross country, driving an hour in traffic, wasting $20 on parking just to park nearby the store, and to not even get in, I left very disappointed.  No love for an East coast guy, thanks Team LA.
