Been with Team Realty for many years now.  Things happen and you move on. I don't like that people are giving Team Realty a bad name. They have been making a better life for their families.  So I don't know what people's lives are really like but their are other landlords that are worse then what YOU rude people claim to be. So yeah, I'm aloud to say something.  No issues with Team Realty.

I don't live there and you couldn't pay me enough to. My friend's do though and I feel so sorry for them. Property is poorly maintained and the landlord is a B itch. 

My friends are both disabled, hers is a mixture of things (autoimmune conditions,  spinal curve due to injury) his is a serious heart problem.  New people moved in and demanded to take over one of the parking spaces they were using,  blocking cars and slamming  doors and making smart alleck remarks at my friends. They cried that they paid more and should have it. Mind you these people are in their 20's and healthy and have jobs. She works at Brown Veterinary Clinic and he cleans carpets. So the landlord agreed that they should, even though both of the older people have life threatening conditions. I'm putting the letter on here for all to see that the landlord lies. She tells everyone that looks at apartments there that parking is first come, first serve.

I'm hoping that this post helps someone and that they heed my warning "DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE". As for my friends, I pray for them to find a better place and have an honorable landlord.

Because of the ongoing problems with the parking lot at this location changes are being made.   As of this time the tenants in #1 are requesting a handicap parking spot.  This spot will be #1, there is a sign posted to show this spot.  Parking spots #2 & #3 will be for the biggest apartment #3 and parking spot #4 will be the last spot.  No double parking will be permitted in spot #2, because it can cause problems with the handicap parking.  This lease change will be in full effect as of 10/5/2017.  Any  violations will be subjected to having their car towed.  If this happens we will use Mike’s towing.  Just as a reminder parking in this lot is for tenants only.  Your guests and any other cars are to continue to park on the street.  Thank you for your consideration during this change.

Can I give less than one star? If your considering renting from her please don't! I made the mistake of renting from her and she never fixed anything. I lived at the property she managed on cruft st. When I would plug something into the outlet they would always spark, the door wouldn't shut or lock, the dishwasher leaked among other things. When I advised her she needed to have these things fixed she sent her guys out and they did nothing. I advised her I was moving out 30 days ahead of time and when I did move out she filed an eviction on me which I didn't know about until 6 months later. She only wants your money avoid Lisa Reed at all costs.

I wish I could give it a negative 100 stars. Lisa is the worst landlord ever. There is bedbugs out the ying yang in all her places. I live at 618 center street and the building needs to be condemned. The roof is falling apart and it looks like there is tape holding up some of the roof. They don't ever fix any of the problems with the places. I put in a maintenance request about my toilet because it needs a snake put in it. I only take a piss and it starts over flowing like crazy. They never responded to it but I seen the maintenance guy and told him about it and all his lazy self did was plunge it and that didn't solve the problem at all. I mean I could of plunged it, it ain't that damn hard to do that. There is mold growing all over the place and the heater is none stop leaking. She only cares about the money and does not care about any of her tenants. I know about 6 other people that rented from her and they all wanted to sue her. She will not ever give you your deposit back. You can call the department of health on her and get a lot of her places if not all of them shut down. I strongly recommend not renting from her ever in your life.

The place smelled awful, dead roaches were everywhere and she lets anyone live in the apartments. I saw drug deals, people on drugs and heard loud music/arguments constantly. DO NOT LIVE IN ONE OF HER PLACES! They are filthy and disgusting. I wanted to throw up from the amount of dead roaches and mold I saw.
