I have been trying to get information from these individuals for months concerning errors they made to billing. Also the therapist changed and canceled days without the doctor's permission. She was using procedures and unorthodox treatment plans that did not improve my condition. I finally called the corporate office for assistance. If I could give them a big fat zero I would. Cassandra who works the front desk hangs up whenever I call.

After left rotator cuff surgery had me feeling down;
I turned to Team Rehabilitation conveniently located here in town.
Hoping to regain my strength and movement I had pre injury;
I met a lovely therapist named Meghan Lusczakosi.
Meghan's movements and exercises sure put me through the ringer;
But all for the better as my pain and stiffness did not linger.
The entire staff at team rehab contributed to my therapy;
Which made me feel welcome and important and expedited my recovery.
Franchise owner Beth Richardson is warm, gracious, and big-hearted;
And her genuine concern for my well-being was clear the first day I started.
With hours of 7am-7pm 5 days a week;
Team rehab has appointment times to accommodate whatever schedule you seek.
Now that my shoulder is healed and I'm feeling my old self again; 
I give Beth, Meghan, and the entire staff at team rehab a score of perfect 10!

Great team. First time for any physical rehab and was unsure how it would work. Meghan was my therapist and did a great job in rehabbing my rotator cuff injury.  In only a few weeks, we were able to get most of my flexibility and strength back to my shoulder. Without surgery. The sessions were professional yet light. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable and really cares about your rehab.
